1.1 Definition

Material in this Legal Notice includes data, text, software and multimedia, such as images and sound that might be made available or publicized through the ENISA web site.

1.2 Authorization

Reproduction of material published on this web site is authorized, provided the source is acknowledged, unless it is stated otherwise. Where prior permission must be obtained for the reproduction or use of material published on this web site the above mentioned permission shall be cancelled and restrictions shall be imposed through a legal notice as appropriate published on that specific material. 1.3 ENISA logo

1.4  ENISA IPR Policy for the Public

ENISA adopted its IPR policy in August 2021. The public version of this policy is aimed to provide information to all interested parties regarding the use of ENISA’s works, as well as the overall ENISA’s approach to IPR.

In the context of ENISA’s IPR policy, the general principle is free access under open licenses. The policy encompasses all types of IP assets and rights that are applicable for ENISA. It covers both protection of ENISA’s IPR, as well as protection of the IPR of (third) parties involved in ENISA’s work. It also includes information about the IPR in ENISA’s contracts and other agreements, as well as IPR in ENISA’s working groups.

Documents published on this web site constitute a measure implementing Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.

ENISA makes best efforts to keep material on this web site up to date and accurate. This web site does not necessarily represent state-of the-art and it is updated from time to time. If general errors, such as editorial errors are detected ENISA makes best efforts to correct them as appropriate.
